aprilskin.com.sg is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here. If you reside in the countries below, you can shop at each dedicated website.

Please contact Customer Service at sgcs@apr-in.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number, and correct products you would like to receive in your email. While we will do our best to correct the error, please keep in mind that if the product update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for arranging a return, refund or replacement shipment as the item in the initial order was successfully delivered.

In your order confirmation email, click on the "View Your Order" button to find your Ninjavan tracking number. Visit the Ninjavan Tracking Page and input the tracking number. Tracking numbers are only made available on business days (not including weekends). Please wait for at least one business day for tracking information to appear. If your tracking information does not become available within 1-2 business days, please contact Customer Service sgcs@apr-in.com to confirm the status of your order.

Please contact Customer Service at sgcs@apr-in.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number, and correct shipping address in your email. Keep in mind that if the address update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for locating your package or arranging another shipment. Please contact Ninjavan directly to attempt to change the delivery location.

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. PLEASE CHECK THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect input of personal information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.

As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not always able to process cancellations. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at sgcs@apr-in.com immediately. A representative will check the status of your order to determine if cancellation is possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped. However, you are welcome to return the order after receiving it. All costs to return the order will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees for the initial order are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

1. Only products purchased on www.aprilskin.com.sg may be processed for a refund or replacement.

2. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items purchased from another retailer.

3. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

4. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot issue a refund.

5. If the items arrive damaged or defective, please send us some photos of the condition via email at sgcs@apr-in.com for investigation and replacement.
